JMA Terms and Conditions
Welcome to JMA Autos (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, agreements, and interactions between JMA Integrated Services Limited and its clients (“you” or “the client”) regarding vehicle sourcing, importation, shipping, clearing, maintenance, and related services.
By engaging our services, making a payment, or signing our service agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Vehicle Sourcing and Selection

We begin sourcing a vehicle only after a detailed consultation with the client to determine the preferred make, model, budget, and specifications.

Once suitable options are found, photos, details, and vehicle history reports will be shared with the client for approval.

No payment is required until the client has reviewed and approved a specific vehicle for purchase.
2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made only to official company accounts communicated directly by JMA Integrated Services Limited.

Payment will only be made after the client has accepted the sourced vehicle.

All cost estimates provided in USD will be converted to Naira based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Proof of payment must be shared immediately to confirm the order and initiate the purchase process.
3. Processing & Delivery Timeline

The standard delivery timeline is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase confirmation.

This period covers vehicle purchase, shipping, clearing at Lagos port, and final delivery.

While we aim to meet this timeline, unforeseen circumstances such as port delays, shipping congestion, or customs clearance issues may affect delivery time. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
4. Documentation & Compliance

All imported vehicles are accompanied by relevant documentation.

Clients must sign and accept our official Terms and Conditions Agreement before any transaction can proceed.

Vehicles will not be released until full payment and documentation requirements are fulfilled.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

Once a vehicle has been purchased on behalf of a client, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.

Refunds are only possible if the purchased vehicle cannot be shipped or delivered due to circumstances directly caused by JMA Integrated Services Limited.

Any agreed refund will be processed within 10–15 working days after verification.
6. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sourced based on the client’s specifications and approval.

We guarantee that vehicles are non-accidented, verified, and clean-titled, except otherwise stated and approved in writing by the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all inspection reports and vehicle photos before approval.
7. After-Sales Support

Our service includes optional after-sales support, such as vehicle maintenance, fleet tracking, and management.

After-sales services are subject to separate agreements and pricing.
8. Limitation of Liability

JMA Integrated Services Limited will not be liable for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations, shipping delays, or third-party service errors.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service rendered.
9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising shall be settled amicably or through a competent court within Nigeria.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, signing our service agreement, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
